How should I prepare my hair?
Unless Alla advises otherwise, come with clean, dry, detangled hair and skip heavy oils, creams or styling products.
Can you braid short hair?
Many styles work on shorter hair. Send a photo of your hair through the form below and Alla will suggest looks that fit your length.

Do you braid kids? From what age?
Yes, kids' looks are a big part of what we do: school days, parties, sports and holidays. Tell us your child's age when you book and Alla will let you know what works best.

Extensions, colored strands, ribbons and accessories can be part of a design. Ask when you book and Alla will confirm what's possible for your look.

Can I book an early-morning or late-night appointment?
